Decision notices identify Consent and Minor Variance applications, which are approved or denied by the Committee of Adjustment. From the date of the Notice of Decision, a 20 day appeal period begins pursuant to Sections 45 (12) and 53 (19) of the Planning Act, where an applicant or interested party may appeal the decision to the Ontario Municipal Board.
