How to make a complaint
Complaints can be sent to the Town by phone at 905-727-3123 or by submitting a complaint form.
Once a complaint has been generated, it is assigned to the appropriate staff to investigate.
If the complaint is deemed valid, the officer will follow the appropriate departmental policies, procedures, and practices to gain compliance.
