Concerts will be held over the next nine weeks until August 30
The Town of Aurora and the TD Bank Group are excited to announce the much-anticipated return of Aurora’s Concerts in the Park series once again this summer. Enjoy free live music every Wednesday at Aurora Town Park from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the months of July and August.

Come out and celebrate Canada Day festivities in the Town of Aurora on Friday, June 30 and Saturday, July 1.
Our Canada Day schedule is jam packed with events, starting on Friday, June 30 with Dance in the Park from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Head to Aurora Town Park to enjoy an evening of food vendors, dancing and live entertainment. Temporary Road Closure -Canada Day Parade - Yonge Street. July 1

The Town of Aurora will temporarily close Yonge Street for the Canada Day Parade on Saturday, July 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The following areas will be impacted by the closure
- Henderson to Orchard Heights Blvd. from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Edward Street - from Allaura Blvd. to Yonge Street from 8:30 a.m. to a.m.
- Aurora Heights Drive - from Yonge Street to Laurentide Ave from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Outdoor diamond and field closures
Due to today's (June 27) inclement weather, please note the following outdoor closures:
- All baseball diamonds are CLOSED tonight
- Grass Soccer Fields: are OPEN today
- Artificial Turf Fields: are OPEN today
**Discretion when using the soccer fields this evening as we could get more rain. Please do not play if you feel the conditions are not favourable as this could result in injury and/or deterioration of the field conditions.
