The Town of Aurora has a great selection of facilities to rent. Spaces include activity and meeting rooms, gymnasium, ice and arena floors, pools and more. Bookings are available for seasonal rentals or one-time bookings.
Pricing Information
- All prices include HST.
- All fees and rates are approved by Council and are subject to change at any time. Visit our Fees and Services Charges page for more details.
- When booking, please include set up/clean up time. You will have access to the permitted space only during the time on your permit. Setup/cleanup time is subject to the regular rental rate.
- There is no additional fee for tables and chairs on room rentals. Please let us know how many of each you will require at the time of booking.

The Davide De Simone Performance Hall is a multi-purpose hall, offering the ability to host a wide variety of different events and performances. As a result, the costs associated with a permit for this space are equally as varied.
We have provided some examples below of typical estimated costs, based on past events hosted in the space. These quotes are in no way final and do not represent the full range of costs that could potentially be associated with a booking.
Brevik Hall and the Addison Hall Dance Studio may also be used as performance spaces. In the case where a performance is booked in one of these rooms, additional ticketing/registration fees, technical fees and front of house fees will also apply.
In order to obtain a full estimate for the cost of your event, please contact our Facility Bookings team. You will be asked to fill out 2 different forms in order to obtain all of the information required to provide an accurate quote for your event.
