Town holding annual Recreation Job Fair on May 7

The Town of Aurora is excited to invite job seekers and recreation enthusiasts to the Recreation Job Fair on May 7. If you have a passion for recreation and want to turn it into a career, this event is for you!

Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex, 1400 Wellington Street East

WHAT: Part-time job seekers are encouraged to attend a Recreation Job Fair. Town staff will be available to provide information on roles and responsibilities, conduct on-site

pre-interviews for select positions, and answer questions about available positions.

Attendees should bring their resumes and find out more about the various recreational roles that are available. We are seeking experienced lifeguards, fitness and aquafit instructors, skate patrollers, program leaders, volunteer event support roles and more. This year, we are excited to introduce a new component to our job fair, inviting individuals with a passion for teaching innovative programs to engage with our staff and explore opportunities to bring their concepts to life.
