The Town of Aurora is excited to announce its Annual Spring Cleanup. As the snow melts and spring arrives, it's the perfect time to address the debris and litter that has built up across our parks, trails, and streets during the winter.

“Spring is a season of renewal, and what better way to embrace it than by coming together as a community to refresh and revitalize our parks, trails, and neighborhoods? When we all pitch in, we create a cleaner, greener, and more vibrant Aurora for everyone to enjoy,” said Mayor Tom Mrakas.

The cleanup event is Saturday, April 26, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Residents can register individually or as a group by April 25 at aurora.ca/Cleanup. Cleanup kits will be available for pickup at Aurora Town Park on the day of the event, while supplies last. Volunteers can choose their own cleanup locations or pick from designated areas listed online.

Students participating in the cleanup will receive volunteer hours for their contribution to the community.
