Celebrating Local Government Week in Aurora

The Town of Aurora is celebrating Local Government Week from October 20 to 26 by recognizing the dedicated staff who provide essential services, programs, and amenities that make Aurora a vibrant and welcoming community for residents and visitors. From maintaining parks, roads, and public spaces to ensuring clean water, recycling, and public safety, their work enhances the quality of life for everyone in Aurora.

During Local Government Week, the Town of Aurora is also recruiting citizen members to join a variety of boards and committees, calling on passionate individuals who want to make a real difference for the Town.
