Join us for an Indigenous Peoples Celebration in Town Park on June 22

Aurora, ON – Learn more about the cultural diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples with Indigenous storytelling and a live musical performance by the Dave Mowat Trio happening at Aurora Town Park.

WHEN: Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

WHERE:  Aurora Town Park, 49 Wells Street

WHAT:  National Indigenous History Month is commemorated annually over the month of June.

During this time, the Town of Aurora is providing opportunities for community members to reflect and recognize the rich history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples across Canada.

The community is invited to participate in celebratory events on Saturday, June 22 to learn more about the diverse cultures of Indigenous Peoples.
