Facility Bookings
The Town of Aurora has a great selection of facilities to rent. Spaces include activity and meeting rooms, gymnasium, ice and arena floors, pools and more. Bookings are available for seasonal rentals or one-time bookings.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
To all Town of Aurora Facility User Groups:
On February 27, 2024 Aurora Town Council approved a new consolidated Facility Allocation Policy. The new policy replaces three previous policies:
- Ice Allocation Policy
- Room/Hall Permitting Policy
- Sports Field and Park Use Policy

Facility Rental Permit Request Form

In order to rent a facility, you will need a permit. Please complete the Facility Rental Permit Request Form online a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested date. To check availability within our facilities for the space you wish to rent, please use our online facility availability search tool. Please note that submitting duplicate requests or following up by phone or email may cause delays in processing your initial request.
